**Job Scope**:
Development of existing database of contacts and clients to sell products and services offered by Industrial Solutions & Innovation, LLC (ISI). This position will also “mine” for potential clients through resources like: Linked In, industry membership lists (i.e. AWS, MCAA, ASME, etc), google searches and also follow up from web site contacts made through ISI marketing efforts.

**Essential Functions of Job**:
**Tasks**
- Perform activities directly related to the promotion or introduction of ISI products and services
- Enter and maintain customer contact information in the CRM database.
- Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
- Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
- Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.
- Assist in creating estimates or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
- Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
- Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
- Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.
- Set up dates for demo products on site or on the businesses site.
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services.
- Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
- Maintain customer records, using automated systems.
- Select the correct products or assist customers in making product selections, based on customers' needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies or marketing information.
- Participate in the set-up, facilitation and tear down of all Tradeshows and Open houses.
- Must have an unrestricted driver’s license and be eligible to be covered by company auto insurance. (If your driving situation changes, you must report it to HR representative within 24 hours of change. If your driving status changes in any way which could cause you to no longer be eligible to be covered by current company insurance you may be terminated.)
- Must be able to lift at least 100 lbs.
- Must wear PPE and comply with all safety policies and procedures
- Any other tasks that management deem necessary

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
