JOB DESCRIPTION & EXPECTATIONS Hendler Family Brewing Company is seeking an organized and resourceful individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Administrator. This position supports administrative functions of our sales and marketing teams, including the registration of products and the allocation and distribution of required samples and sales support materials. Organization, attention to detail and independent project management skills are required for this position. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Maintain item management and product releases using various systems and databases Maintain product compliance across all markets Organize, distribute and track various Point of Sale items Assist with shipping samples, press materials etc. Provide administrative support for the field sales and brand ambassador teams Execute administrative tasks as requested by sales and marketing managers JOB REQUIREMENTS Qualifications: Experience working with external vendors and relationship management Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft office applications Excellence in Excel/Google Sheets is a plus Experience with ERP Inventory/accounting systems is a plus Outstanding internal and external communication skills; ability to communicate with multi-level management Team work focused and positive attitude, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Willingness to work in a fast-moving, dynamic, and team-oriented environment Problem solver; ability to take initiatives Understanding of budget management Extremely Organized College degree or equivalent work experience Multilingual (Spanish and/or Portuguese) is a plus Knowledge of the craft beer market/industry and appreciation of the culture that goes with it ABOUT US JACK’S ABBY IS PROUDLY INDEPENDENT AND FAMILY-OWNED.
