You will report to the Director of People Operations and play a critical role in ensuring our employees feel supported at every stage of their employment journey. ResponsibilitiesManage weekly payroll processing, including submission, resolving payment issues, auditing of recurring deductions and off-cycle payments, taxes, and reimbursementsSupport the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and leave of absencesProvide timely response to all employee inquiries on a wide variety of topics, including payroll and benefitsEnsure all HR processes are aligned with local, state, and federal employment laws, ensuring each jurisdiction's compliance standards are metSupport the recruitment efforts of individual contributor level roles, including sourcing and screening qualified candidatesAssist Leadership Team with the collection and preparation of confidential and important financial reports, such as auditsAssist with special projects that improve the overall quality of our employee experience and data management operationsSupport the CEO with calendar management and administrative tasks, such as scheduling of quarterly board meetings and investor callsWho (we think) You Are...
