Key Responsibilities:

Category/Commodity Management: Gather and analyze vendor quotes for new business opportunities. Follow up on information related to the RFQ process with vendors. Track raw material adjustments and execute necessary system updates. Resolve invoice discrepancies. Assist in developing target costs for new products. Validate final costs against target costs. Maintain and extract data from business systems. Analyze cost increase requests. Generate RFQ database reports. Create and maintain documents to support business-related needs and meetings. Sourcing Execution & Vendor Engagement:

Assist with new vendor setup and onboarding processes. Maintain vendor profiles and capabilities. Participate in tactical vendor relationship discussions. Develop an understanding of vendors, their capabilities, and cross-functional teams. Track vendor performance and scorecard results, and execute follow-up actions when required. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in sourcing, procurement, or a related field is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
