Mitigation Company is looking for an experienced Production Manager, Crew Chief or Lead Mitigation Technician to join their team as a Project Manager in Gardena, CA.
If you are tired of being in a seasonal or cyclical industry where your pay varies on the month and how well the economy is doing, then consider joining the restoration industry. Unfortunate events befall individuals' properties regardless of rain or shine. The restoration industry is ever-expanding due to the growth of population and real estate. This is a demanding position that will require a lot of time and effort but is well-compensated if you are willing to learn. Employees who join our team stay for years. Responsibilities:
- Provide clients with multiple options in solving their problems.
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians in water damage restoration projects.
- Efficiently manage project timelines and schedules.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills with team members and clients.
- Address objections effectively and showcase sales intuition when interacting with clients.
- Maintain an organized and methodical mentality, paying meticulous attention to detail.
- Be open to constructive criticism and continuously seek improvement.
- Handle pressure with a positive and realistic personality.
- Self-motivated to get results.
- Loves working with clients and tradesmen.
- Effective schedules ahead while maintaining flexibility.

- Compensation: $60,000 to $70,000 DOE plus 3% Commission from gross of invoice.
