- Assist project managers with the preparation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information.
- Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Help track project progress and ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Prepare and distribute project-related documents, such as reports, proposals, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain project documentation and update records in the project management software.

**Qualifications**
- 1+ years of project management experience is required. Ideally, 3+ years of experience is desired but not required.
- Experience working in the manufacturing or construction industry is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with construction drawings required/basic knowledge of CAD is a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to learn, assimilate, and communicate what you know and what you don’t know honestly/directly.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; strong bias for action and problem solving.
- Positive attitude and work ethic.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A passion for working smart, proactively and the ability to take on initiatives without direction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with PC or Mac-based systems including Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software (like Asana, ClickUp, MS Project, Trello, etc.)
- A high school degree is required. A 4-year college degree in business administration or related discipline is desired but not required.

**Location**

The position will be based out of our office in Gardena, CA. This is not a remote position.

**About Us**

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
