This is a crucial role that requires strong project management skills and a deep understanding of the restoration process.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement project schedules
- Review and interpret schematics, blueprints, and other construction documents
- Collaborate with construction estimators to prepare accurate bids using xactimate or similar software
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the restoration project, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure clear understanding of project requirements
- Utilize software for project coordination and documentation

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in restoration management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, and construction management principles
- Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera
- Familiarity with xactimate or similar software for construction estimating
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
