**Position Summary**:
Lead manufacturing process and oversee project management and engineering for new technology initiatives including new product roll-out, new product introduction, and other continuous improvement projects. Knowledge of capital expenditure procedures as well as the full engineering development process is required. Manages assigned company resources (personnel, equipment and materials) to achieve work schedules and satisfy customer requirements in an efficient and cost effective manner.

**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Management of both large-scale and small-scale technical projects
- Create both master schedules and weekly trackers
- Write statements of work (SOW) and requests for quote (RFQ) and manage multiple vendors
- Develop accurate budgets and forecasts
- Responsible for the overall safety, leadership, direction, coordination, and evaluation of assigned product Category.
- Achieve Business Unit performance metrics, including Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery deadlines
- Manage employee performance and increase team engagement
- Maintain proper staffing levels to achieve budgeted levels of performance.
- Daily operational management of Business Unit production workforce
- Analyze processes to improve efficiency (includes purchase of new capital equipment, planning arrangement of equipment, use of cost effective production techniques) and achieve cost reduction expectations.
- Implement lean manufacturing methods (6S, flow, visual organizations, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:
**Required**
- S. or M.S. in Business Administration, STEM Majors, or related fields of study
- Minimum of 5-15 years of relevant experience in an aerospace or automotive manufacturing environment
- Diverse technical and non-technical work experience
- Management of projects, business units, or manufacturing departments
- Previous design and product development experience a plus

**Desired**
- Experience with Aluminum tube bending
- Experience with Aluminum brazing/Welding

- For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $115000 to $160000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company’s bonus multiple, based on the Company’s performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
