Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality and timely service delivery. Implement property management best practices to optimize operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction. Tenant Relations: Foster positive relationships with tenants through effective communication and proactive engagement. Address tenant concerns and issues promptly and professionally. Identify opportunities to enhance tenant experience and retention. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial property management, with a focus on financial management. Proficiency in bilingual communication (English and Spanish) is required. Strong understanding of lease agreements, CAM reconciliations, and financial reporting. Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
