Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of industrial properties, ensuring smooth functioning and optimal tenant satisfaction.
  • Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements to maintain property standards and maximize asset value.
  • Prepare annual budgets, financial reports, and forecasts in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Negotiate and administer leases, ensuring compliance with lease terms and local regulations.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns and inquiries promptly.
  • Monitor market trends and conduct property inspections to identify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation.
  • Implement sustainability initiatives and best practices to enhance property performance and reduce environmental impact.
  • Collaborate with leasing agents, vendors, and contractors to ensure efficient property operations and tenant move-ins/move-outs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial property management.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial lease agreements, property maintenance practices, and financial management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
