Must be willing to close treatment plans, for the patient's benefit. Must bilingual, SpanishResponsibilities:- Obtain and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details- Assist with medical record management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations- Coordinate treatment plans with dentists and other healthcare professionals- Educate patients on treatment options, financial arrangements, and insurance coverage- Process insurance claims and verify coverage- Maintain a clean and organized reception areaWe offer competitive pay based on experience.
