Position Type: Part-Time (Friday/Saturday/Sunday)

Work Shift: Mid-Shift

Working Hours: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Compensation: $37.00 per hour

Role Summary:

The Patient Access Supervisor plays a crucial role in collaborating with the hospital's administrative team to enhance financial planning, support decision-making, and address financial inquiries effectively.

  • Oversee staffing and team management
  • Conduct financial assessments and manage revenue cycles
  • Facilitate information sharing across departments
  • Assist in the development and adherence to policies and procedures
  • Ensure exceptional customer service delivery
  • Support the execution of the hospital's strategic initiatives
  • Contribute to the preparation of departmental budgets

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a consistently high-quality patient experience
  • Manage daily operations and supervise team members
  • Conduct regular quality audits
  • Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
  • Develop and adapt work assignment plans as necessary
  • Orient, train, and continuously develop staff for optimal performance
  • Assist in conducting periodic and annual performance evaluations

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of college education or relevant hospital experience, including direct customer interaction
  • Preferred supervisory or leadership experience within the Patient Access department or related areas of the Revenue Cycle
