The Senior Marketing Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting B2B marketing channels, client analytics, and our Digital Marketing Solutions paid media teams by creating data reports and analytical solutions to solve business problems and keep clients informed of their marketing efforts, including paid search, social and display campaigns performance.

We are looking for a self-motivated, curious and resourceful problem-solver who can take often dirty raw data and build client friendly and informative reports in Tableau or similar reporting solutions. It will be key for this person to work closely with the internal teams to troubleshoot data gaps and ensure metrics are flowing consistently and accurately into our databases as well as alert the team to any performance issues. If you can take on multiple projects at a time and shift focus based on current business needs, you will be successful.

The Senior Marketing Analyst will deliver outcomes in the following:
  • This role will support the Digital Marketing Solutions paid media teams by delivering informative client facing performance reporting, as well as internal agent level reporting and analysis through Tableau or ad-hoc reporting
  • Analyze and report on all B2B marketing efforts, including building new dashboards and report automation
  • Keep track of key digital marketing metrics and be proactive in identifying performance issues, data issues, and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with the data engineering team to improve data assets and ensure business logic is considered in each step of processing and aggregation as we continue to build out our data environment in Snowflake
  • Follow analytical guidelines to ensure continuity of projects by checking code into github and reviewing peer pull requests
What we need from YOU:
  • 6+ years analytics experience required
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing metrics and campaign driven data
  • Previous experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads and the Google Display Network
  • Probing to understand the "why" with all analytics requests
  • Ability to find and propose solutions to data deficiencies
  • Experience mentoring entry-level team members
  • A proven track record to think strategically and work independently
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting strategies to evolving market trends and customer needs
  • Experience in presenting complex information clearly and compellingly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders either in written or spoken format
  • Strong SQL skills to pull data efficiently and accurately
  • Strong data visualization skills, preferably in Tableau
  • Organization and documentation skills
  • Attention to detail and adherence to tight deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, Business Analytics, an experimental science, or a related analytical field
Preferred Experience and Skills:
  • Google Analytics and BigQuery experience
  • Snowflake database experience
