Job Duties:

• Develop and execute territory management plan.

• Seek out and grow new customers to achieve desired sales objective.

• Present GFL Environmental full-service capabilities to potential customers, including, Waste Services, Industrial/Field Services, Vacuum Services, Emergency Response.

• Analyze customer needs and present solutions utilizing a thorough understanding of our diverse service offerings.

• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times to ensure every opportunity is taken to promote the brand.

• Participate in industry tradeshows.

• Assist in completion of bid/proposal requests and timely follow-up to secure new business.

• Ensure exemplary customer satisfaction and act as a liaison between customer and operational staff.

• Develop and maintain market intelligence with assistance from Customer Services and Sales Director.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Chemistry is preferred, but other degree's and/or industry experience will be considered.

Five (5) years of experience in the environmental or industrial service industry required.

• Strong communication, negotiation and problem and solving skills

• Ability to travel within assigned territory making sales calls to current and prospective new customers.

• Passion for business excellence with exceptional follow through.

• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record and reliable transportation.
