Payroll and HR Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and HR Specialist to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing the company's payroll processes and HR functions.
Key Responsibilities- Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Manage HRIS and ensure data integrity.
- Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Administer employee records, including hiring, termination, and changes in employment status.
- Conduct employee orientation and training programs.
- Assist with performance management and employee relations issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in payroll processing and HR.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
