Mid-Level

Procurement Specialist



This position procures materials or other goods and/or coordinates activities involved with purchasing products and services, such as raw materials, equipment, tools, parts and supplies for multiple projects.

The

responsibilities

of this role may include:

Prepares purchase orders

Places and tracks orders with the appropriate vendors and suppliers

Prepares status reports regarding materials required for projects

Maintains purchasing records

Negotiates best vendor terms, pricing and delivery based on specific budget and schedule requirements

Acts as the Liaison between Warehouse and Logistician teammates

Performs other duties as assigned

To

qualify

for this position, you must possess a High School diploma or equivalentand at least 2years of procurement experience. Deltek CostPoint experience is highly desired.
