Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our innovative team as a Mid-Level Procurement Specialist. This role is responsible for sourcing materials and goods, as well as coordinating the purchasing activities related to products and services, including raw materials, equipment, tools, parts, and supplies for various projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage purchase orders.
  • Place and monitor orders with designated vendors and suppliers.
  • Generate status reports concerning materials needed for ongoing projects.
  • Maintain comprehensive purchasing records.
  • Negotiate optimal vendor terms, pricing, and delivery schedules based on budgetary and timeline constraints.
  • Serve as the liaison between Warehouse and Logistics teams.
  • Execute additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a High School diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of 2 years of procurement experience. Familiarity with Deltek CostPoint is highly desirable.
