9:30 am-6:30 pm EST. Fully onsite
Duties:
- Receive and transfer phone calls
- Update and manage calendars
- Process invoices
- Maintain vendor relationships
- Order and set up catering
- Order office supplies and materials
- Handle conference room requests
- Handle access & ID badges for employees
- Point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners,
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner,
- Keep up with office supply inventory,
- Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports,
- Take minutes during meetings,
- Organize and maintain the office filing system
- Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with employees of the company at all levels including Senior Management
- Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with external partners
- Strong administrative, organizational, and creative skills
- Strong computer skills are a plus
- understanding of Microsoft Office is essential
- Ability to work under high pressure and speed
- Great social and interpersonal skills
- Ability to keep information highly confidential
- Must be flexible and able to multi-task, Ability to analyze and evaluate situations and outcomes.
