Facility Coordinator

Our client is looking for an energetic Facility Coordinator to join their growing team. This person will serve as the first point of contact for the office, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing exceptional support to employees and visitors.


Location: Manhattan


Pay: 26-28HR


Schedule: 7am-4pm

Job Duties:

  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, handling mail and packages, and greeting visitors.
  • Oversee security badging procedures and maintain a secure and welcoming environment.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper stocking of the pantry and kitchen areas.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of office spaces, ensuring they are visitor-ready at all times.
  • Assist with desk set up and breakdown for onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Coordinate with vendors and building maintenance personnel to address facility-related issues and maintenance tasks.
  • Schedule and manage conference rooms, seat bookings, IT support, and catering for meetings and events.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma required
  • Previous experience in administration, reception, or facility management roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with facility management software is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle occasional evening events or overtime as needed.
