We are looking for a Facility Solutions Manager (Account Manager) to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Managers role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients (upselling) and actively seek new sales opportunities.
If you are familiar with account management software (CRM) and have a flair for client communication wed like to meet you
EXPERIENCE
3 5 years sales/management experience in building maintenance, facility management or equivalent experience.
Prior experience as an Account Manager, Business to Business Sales, Account Representative, or other customer service route-based positions preferred.
TRAVEL
Must have a valid drivers license, access to reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
