Build a solid and consistent relationship with carrier’s markets peers. Constantly analyze carriers UW policies behaviors to better select the adequate market to each business opportunity. Contribute to the team building strategy within the Placement Team, by sharing knowledge, good practice and lessons learned. Technical support to commercial area colleagues as well as jointly advise Clients in relation to conditions and coverage that meet their needs. Grant Renewal Retention Ratio and New Business Hit Ratio according to P&C LOB Budgets targets. The Requirements Preferably the candidate must have graduate/university studies in careers related to the activity such as Law and another similar specialty. Previous experience in underwriting activity in Civil Liability lines in the field of insurance, reinsurance or brokerage activity, not exclusive. Any previous experience in underwriting areas of any other branch is also valid, as well as commercial activity, account executive in the insurance activity. Capacity and flexibility for teamwork, future leadership potential, results orientation, basic knowledge of P&L and work by objectives.
