The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years' plus experience in plaintiff's personal injury, experience working with clients directly, a commitment to providing exceptional client service, and an eye for detail. This position is an excellent opportunity for a highly driven and enthusiastic experienced personal injury paralegal who shares our vision, passion, and dedication to serving our clients quickly, efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities include supervising the intake team whose roles include direct phone contact with prospective clients injured as the result of another person or party's negligence, our investigators who perform case sign-ups as well as direct contact with attorneys referring matters to our firm as well as attorneys from other firms whom we refer matters to.
The candidate must be extremely personable, empathetic and organized and have extensive knowledge and experience in the field of plaintiff's personal injury.
The candidate should also be comfortable with legal case management software. Experience with SmartAdvocate case management software is a plus.
Other Responsibilities:
- Confirm all information is entered into our case management system, including actions to be taken with respect to accepting or rejecting cases
- Ensure intake specialists are properly trained and supervised
- Supervise investigators who are meeting with our clients
- Possess strong computer (legal case management software, Excel/Word/Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize workload and multitask in a fast-paced environment
