Ons dagelijks werk: de business waarde van onze klanten verhogen door hun Digitale Strategie te realiseren met betere processen, data en applicaties. De nieuwste innovaties moeten worden ingebouwd in het IT-landschap van onze klanten. Jij hebt daarvoor actuele kennis van digitale en duurzame trends in de sector, en gaat hierover in gesprek met klanten. Daarnaast weet jij als geen ander hoe je een proces optimaliseert, datamanagement op orde brengt of klantwensen in duurzame oplossingen vertaald.Je werkveld zijn Manufacturing & High-tech organisaties die werken aan Smart Industry innovaties, servitization, net zero production of supply chain of 'autonomous operations'. Je werkzaamheden bestaan zoal uit: Het met de klant samen complexe processen en data in kaart brengen en deze optimaliseren. Het vertalen van klantwensen naar duurzame realiseerbare oplossingen. Innovatieve mogelijkheden toepassen en het ondersteunen van klanten in hun voortgaande digitalisering. Ontwerpen, modelleren en/ of implementeren van de gewenste oplossingen (proces, data en applicatie). Het vroegtijdig spotten van technologische en business kansen bij je klanten en die vertalen naar hetthema en leveren van commerciële bijdrage. Je doel? Succesvolle transformaties realiseren zodat de organisatie meer waarde creëert en het meeste uit zijn [processen, data] haalt. Arjan, Ashley, Martijn, Juliëtte… Het wordt iets te lang om hier alle collega’s van team Industry Value Chain (IVC) op te noemen, maar we weten zeker dat jij ze binnen no time bij naam kent. Naast het werk bij onze klanten zorgen we er ook voor dat je netwerk met je collega's sterk wordt. Zo organiseren we geregeld masterclasses of ‘lunchuur kennissessies’ over interessante inhoudelijke onderwerpen, maar ook borrels en pubquizzen voor de 'Fun' (een van onze kernwaarden).Kennissessies, pubquizzen, masterclasses of discussiëren tijdens ‘lunchuurtjes’ over interessante inhoudelijke onderwerpen. Bij al onze activiteiten ben jij van harte welkom. Om je persoonlijke ontwikkeling te sturen en stimuleren krijg je een counselor, die met je bespreekt welke kennis en vaardigheden je nog kan versterken. Excellent in het luisteren, samenvatten en doorvragen rondom business en IT-vraagstukken.
