About The Role

Boston Scientific is looking for a Senior Product Manager on the Cardiology Customer Experience Strategic Transformation team. The Senior Product Manager will be focused on transformation projects that drive increased personalization and customer-centricity across business units within Cardiology Group.

The Senior Product Manager will develop a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors, becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for both internal and external audiences alike. The Senior Product Manager must be able to translate customer insights into actionable, integrated, commercial experiences that increase awareness while simultaneously educating, activating, and encouraging preference for products across the Cardiology portfolio.

This individual will be based out of our Arden Hills, MN location. This role has a hybrid work mode, with expectations of being in the office 3 days per week.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Develops a deep understanding of Cardiology customer needs and behaviors through market research, coordination with customer interfacing teams, internal and external data, as well as personal interactions with customers to be able to effectively incorporate insights into projects Drives “Voice of Customer” (VOC) and “Voice of Business” (VOB) work where applicable to inform customer and business needs Builds strong relationships with business unit marketing teams as well as a broad set of key cross-functional stakeholders to ensure ongoing alignment and support of customer experience strategies Contributes to leading, guiding, and driving our transformation and journey towards increased marketing excellence, customer-centricity, and personalization Formulates and executes annual and long-range strategic plans and programs to advance key marketing capabilities Collaborates with leadership to set direction to achieve overall organizational objectives for Cardiology audiences

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or healthcare-related field 5+ years experience in product marketing, omnichannel strategy, or market research in the Medical Device industry Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize across simultaneous workstreams, and innate drive to problem solve. Demonstrated experience building relationships in a dynamic and matrixed environment. Travel up to 10%
