As the Senior Financial Analyst your core responsibilities will be:

Provide accurate, timely, insightful and meaningful financial analysis to stakeholders helping to proactively identify risks & opportunities, improve ROI, understand & manage P&L variances and managing product life cycle activities Canadian JJVC Finance lead for Signifi Project and ongoing support Lead the JJVC Finance team with financial reporting, commentary, closing activities and forecasting requirements Ensure that the principles and elements of the J&J Credo, business policies, Healthcare Compliance, Regulatory, GAAP, and Sarbanes Oxley are adhered to in all aspects of the job responsibilities Opportunities to present to senior leadership and gain exposure to cross functional and regional business partners

Qualifications:

Successful completion of a Bachelor’s degree in a financial discipline or business is required 3+ years of relevant experience in general accounting is required In progress towards or successful completion of an Accounting designation (i.e. CPA, CMA, CGA or CA) is highly preferred

Experiences and Skills:

Excellent communication & business partnering skills including: Engage business partners using data and analysis to influence and shape business decisions that support the short and long-term goals Proven ability to work with all management levels including VP, adapting style and content to maximize impact Take ownership, apply business and financial knowledge to challenge assumptions, anticipate issues, recommend solutions and influence outcomes.
