Este papel envolve liderar esforços de desenvolvimento de negócios para identificar e garantir novas oportunidades no setor de RE, incluindo solar, eólico, BESS e outras tecnologias emergentes. O candidato também supervisionará o desenvolvimento de projetos desde a concepção, estudos de viabilidade até o início da construção, garantindo que os projetos atendam aos requisitos técnicos, comerciais, financeiros e das partes interessadas do governo. Responsabilidades: Nesta função, é necessário realizar as seguintes responsabilidades: Conduzir estudos de viabilidade iniciais para pré-selecionar e determinar o potencial de risco/retorno de negócios de projetos/plataformas; Liderar/coordenar a due diligence detalhada de projetos/plataformas potenciais, incluindo aspectos técnicos, ambientais, comerciais e financeiros para garantir alinhamento com os objetivos da empresa e requisitos regulatórios; Engajar e interagir com consultores e assessores externos conforme necessário; Apoiar o desenvolvimento e implementar estratégias para aquisição oportuna e econômica de equipamentos, materiais e serviços de qualidade necessários para o desenvolvimento e construção de projetos; Liderar/assistir na gestão geral do projeto, trabalhando com equipes de projeto para supervisionar o processo de desenvolvimento do projeto, garantindo que os projetos sejam entregues no prazo, dentro do orçamento e com os padrões de qualidade exigidos; Engajar outros stakeholders externos relevantes, incluindo agências governamentais e clientes finais; Ajudar no desenvolvimento de estratégias de operações e manutenção (O&M) para garantir o desempenho e a confiabilidade a longo prazo dos ativos de energia renovável. Requisitos: Para ter sucesso nesta função, recomenda-se que você tenha as seguintes habilidades e qualificações: Educação: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, energy, science or related fields. Experiência: Minimum 8 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role; Proven track record of successful regional business and project development in renewable energy (utility scale or large distributed); Experience in development of gas fired / hybrid / BESS energy solutions an advantage.
