The Treasury Sales Analyst is an assertive, sales focused individual supporting Treasury Management Sales Officers and their sales of Treasury Management solutions to Vantage Bank's Commercial and Retail clients and prospects.

This individual must possess strong computer skills to assist with sales management, presentations, reporting, product and solution documents, and modules for analyzing revenue and profitability, pricing, etc.

Treasury Analyst may evaluate referrals from Retail colleagues in our branches and call center, follow up accordingly to deliver new services/revenue, and coordinate to ensure Retail colleagues understand the Vantage Bank's Treasury Management solution set and the appropriate positioning thereof to Retail clients and prospects.

Will serve as a back-up to the Treasury Management Sales Team for issue and escalation and resolution. The role is intended to provide the individual the development of professional skills, business acumen, and financial industry knowledge to become a Treasury Management Sales Officer.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILIES

•Provides client support and product knowledge in relation to treasury management services.

•Responsible for problem solving, and resolution of treasury management issues with prospects and clients.

•Prepare and ensure proper execution of onboarding documentation for Treasury Management solutions to clients/prospects.

•Support Treasury Management Sales Officers with sales management, presentation, reports, collateral review and design, product review and enhancements, portfolio, revenue, profitability, and pricing, and other duties as requested.

•Review and respond to referrals from Retail colleagues requiring a fast-paced analysis and professional communication to deliver new revenue and manage expectations of Retail clients, prospects and colleagues.

•May support the sale of Treasury Management solutions referred by Retail staff.

•Prepare and ensure proper execution of onboarding documentation for Treasury Management solutions to clients/prospects.

•Support the Vantage Bank's Treasury Management Sales Team across its sales efforts.

•Prepare and ensure execution of all Treasury Management on-boarding documents.

•Monitor implementation from beginning to end to ensure deadlines are met and client expectation is met or exceeded.

•Assist TM Sales Officer in the review of the first account analysis statement to ensure the client is charged for all implemented services.

•Assist with management of relationships including but not limited to renewals of limits for RDC and ACH exposure, resolving service issues, training clients/prospects in the use of Treasury Management solutions, and direct communication with client/prospects in coordination with colleagues across Vantage Bank.

Requirements

•1-3 years' experience in Treasury Management Services or equivalent banking experience with degree or 3 years as Banking Center Manager or Relationship Banker.

•Demonstrated willingness to learn, implement feedback, and take action.

•Ability to develop working relationships with clients/prospects and colleagues.

•Ability to work independently.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•Strong time management, organizational, planning and customer skills.

•Strategic thinking skills.

•Ability to use various PC and internet-based systems including but not limited to Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

•Ability to create proformas and understand formulas involved in analysis

•Excellent presentation skills to develop customized presentations for internal and external use.

•Excellent PC skills using spreadsheet and word processing software.

•Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to research issues and conflicts for best resolutions.
