About the role

RCTS, an ALS global company, is a leader in the field of clinical testing with an opening for a full-time Quality Assurance Coordinator in Irving, Texas. This is an onsite position. The successful candidate will join a team that provides clinical testing services to many of the world's best-known consumer product companies.

Successful candidates will join a fast paced, positive team with a reputation for excellence in clinical testing that is part of a larger global organization of over 17,000 employees in over 60 countries. At RCTS you will join a team that provides clinical testing services to many of the world's leading cosmetic, consumer product and pharmaceutical companies.

Duties Include but not limited to:

  • Ensuring data integrity in clinical study documents, processes, and environment.
  • Auditing clinical studies in progress.
  • Reviewing study documents.
  • Interfacing with Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs), Clinical Research Managers (CRMs), technical and recruiting staff.
  • Performing other quality assurance and quality control tasks for clinical studies and the facility

About you:

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Must be highly detail-oriented
  • Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, oral and written skills
  • Must be comfortable working with multiple project deadlines
  • Must be able to work 8 hour shifts scheduled between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm
  • Some experience in quality oversight, monitoring or assurance is required
  • Experience in the clinical research industry and familiarity with ICH/GCPs are highly preferred

The Quality Assurance Coordinator position is a full time (40 hours per week), onsite, exempt position. Annual salary for this position is $49,000.

Working conditions:

  • Sitting and/or standing for extended periods of time, up to eight (8) hours per business day
  • Must be able to stand, bend, push, pull, stoop and crouch frequently while performing the duties of this position
  • Must be able to lift (with both hands) and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move heavier loads with assistance
