Job Description: Client Service Representative
Location: Onsite training for the first 6 weeks, followed by a hybrid work schedule based on proficiency.
Job Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (Schedule to be confirmed upon hire)
Employment Type: Temp to Hire
Interview Process:
- First Interview: Virtual
- Second Interview: In-person (if the contractor passes the first interview)
Summary:
As a Client Service Representative, you will provide expert counsel to clients, contractors, and businesses regarding water leak detection solutions. Your role will involve independently resolving tasks while maintaining high performance standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Counsel current and potential clients on water leak detection solutions and coordinate the installation of equipment.
- Receive training on product knowledge and frequently asked questions (FAQs).
- Navigate multiple systems and applications to research and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring clients maximize their equipment usage.
- Document interactions and follow up on prescribed tasks as needed.
Skills:
- Basic technical proficiency to navigate various internal systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving ability related to product inquiries.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining professional interpersonal skills.
- Compliance with corporate policies and internal processes, meeting or exceeding service performance and quality standards.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2-4 years of client service experience.
- College degree or technical equivalent preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically:
- Word: Basic experience.
- Excel: Comfort with viewing spreadsheets and navigation.
- Outlook: Ability to initiate messages and responses to clients and contractors.
- Proven organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
