TEK Systems is hiring Client Service Representatives for a large client in the insurance industry This HYBRID role is based in Smyrna, GA.

As a Client Services Representative, you will counsel clients, contractors and business partners on product/service offerings - all training for the specific product knowledge needed will be provided

Job Responsibilities

  • Counsel current and potential clients on products/solutions
  • Coordinate installation of product installations as needed
  • Navigate multiple systems / applications to research and resolve customer inquiries
  • Document interactions and following up with clients/internal partners as needed.

Qualified candidates should....

  • Have 2+ years of experience with client / customer service
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (specifically Word and Excel - must be comfortable viewing/navigating spreadsheets)
  • Have strong written and oral communication skills
  • Be experienced handling multiple priorities at once & working within established time constraints
