Job Summary: We seek a motivated and fast-moving Product Manager to manage our mobile applications, which are used by therapists and patients to coordinate and complete care. You will report to the Head of Product, consult across the business to understand requirements, and work closely with Design and Engineering to quickly plan, release, and iterate features.

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

Manage our mobile applications, which supporttherapists and patients, by identifying new features and improvements, supporting roadmap efforts, writing and communicating product plans, and coordinating with and learning from our business teams and customers Collaborate closely with Design to ensure an excellent user experience and efficient alignment on feature designs Monitor and triage issues and bugs in coordination with Engineering Work closely with the development teams to clearly communicate requirements and product decisions, resolve questions, and monitor the status of in-progress product initiatives

Job Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on native mobile app development. Previous experience in Engineering, Customer Success, Release Management, or Project Management preferred. Digital / two-sided marketplace and B2C experience preferred. Experience working closely with Design and Engineering teams to ensure efficient planning and effective agile execution of new features and functionality. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to quickly adapt within a fast paced and high-growth environment with new systems, software, and processes. 90-Day Expectations

Independently writing and shepherding product plans through the review process. Have delivered multiple new features or enhancements. Managing your products' backlogs through stakeholder engagement and curation, establishing and revising product documentation, supporting Engineering's execution of your product plans, and participating in the team's quarterly goals.
