Business Development Internship

Are you interested in gaining hands-on experience in business development and client relations? We're looking for a motivated intern to join our team and assist in various aspects of our business growth strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Data Entry into Business Development CRM (Hubspot): You'll be responsible for entering contacts, companies, and prospective leads into our CRM system (Hubspot). This includes accurately inputting data to ensure our database is up-to-date and organized.
- Email Campaigns: Assist in the execution of email campaigns targeting potential clients. This involves both sending email blasts to target groups and crafting individualized emails to specific contacts or leads.
- Site Reports and Analysis: Support our business development efforts by assisting in site reports and analysis for potential clients. This may involve gathering data, conducting research, and preparing reports to identify opportunities for growth.
- Cold Calling and Lead Follow-Up: Engage in cold calling activities to generate leads and follow up on potential opportunities. This will require effective communication skills and persistence in pursuing leads.
- Appointment Setting: Help set up calls and appointments for our Director of Business Development. This involves scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and ensuring follow-ups are documented in our CRM system.
- CRM Management: Enter follow-up notes and updates into our CRM system (Hubspot) to ensure all interactions with clients and leads are properly tracked and documented.
- Assist Client Relations Manager: Provide support to our Client Relations Manager as needed. This may include assisting with store transitions, maintaining client relations, and addressing any client inquiries or concerns.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with Hubspot is a plus)
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
