Business Development Representative Responsibilities:
· Outbound calls to prospective clients
· Lead generation through outbound calling and email campaigns
· Qualify outbound leads to get them to next step in sales cycle
· Close partnership with Account Executives
· Demonstrate strong knowledge in key areas
· Hit your monthly targets for assigned metrics
Business Development Representative Requirements:
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Passionate and ambitious
· Team player
· Adaptable
· Respectful, trustworthy, and accountable
· Eager and enthusiastic
· Critical thinking skills
· Strong speaking voice
· Comfortable with outbound calling and rejection
· Experience with the mortgage or financial industry a plus, but not necessary
· Previous experience with sales a plus, but not necessary
