Job Type Full-timeDescriptionGeneral Summary This position is responsible for supporting the general territory sales goal, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting and maintaining an effective distribution network. The Regional Sales Manager is directly responsible for meeting regional sales quotas. Executes end-user sales calls with potential contractor/municipal clients preferably with distribution sales personnel. Conducts biannual reviews with distributors evaluating attainment of sales objectives. Trains distributor personnel in the effective promotion of Cimline and DuraPatcher product lines. Arranges training of distributor technical personnel in the correct repair and preventative maintenance of Cimline and DuraPatcher equipment in conjunction with the Cimline Product Sales Support Representative.Essential Functions •Meets required sales objectives in territory.•Responsible for the training of distribution sales, product support personnel, and promoting the Cimline reputation and company image by working under the guidelines established.•Responsible to the Director of Cimline for recommending distributor changes and improvements.•Identifies a minimum of two target accounts annually with significant regional or national importance. Presents qualified candidates to the Director of Cimline for evaluation. Utilizes resources to penetrate these accounts, presents documentation of results to the Director of Cimline.•Serves as a technical resource to clients relating to use, operation, and maintenance of equipment. Solves customer problems and questions in the field.•Responsible for arranging and assisting with the training and distribution of support to technical service personnel working with the Cimline Product Sales Support Representative.•Ensures effective distributor follow-up on sales leads and inquiries.•Conducts sales seminars and presentations for distribution and selected end-users.•Continually stays abreast of industry and competitive developments in the field.•Prepares an annual sales development plan for the territory, including specific sales objectives by distributor (established with the Director of Cimline). Reviews attainment/progress towards goals with distribution a minimum of two times per year.•Establishes and maintains continuing positive customer relations through active contact and action toward customer needs. Visits each distributor a minimum of once per quarter.•Demonstrates company equipment to distributors and customers on a regular basis, responsible for the maintenance of all company equipment allocated to their territory.Ability to use modern technology fluently. Smart Phone, PC, Word, Excel, Outlook Email, and CRM / Marketing applications provided by the company. RequirementsEducation and/or Experience Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university; and five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.Mathematical Skills Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Maintain a valid driver's license, CDL, and/or medical card if required for demonstration operations.
