We are a digital health company founded & run by cancer patients, survivors, caregivers, and oncologists. Our team has over 50+ years of healthcare experience. We come from McKinsey, Stanford, MIT, ASCO, amongst others. We are funded by top-tier venture funds such as Pear Ventures, Sozo Ventures, and 1843 Capital, and are generating revenue from life-science partners.

About this Role
As the Consumer Growth Lead at Manta Cares, you'll be instrumental in expanding our reach and driving user acquisition. This strategic role focuses on identifying and optimizing top-of-funnel growth initiatives, with a focus on scaling new user acquisition channels. In the first 3-6-9 months, you'll test and identify the "best" channels to drive growth, then work to optimize product-channel fit. With your expertise in data-driven insights and marketing, you'll help Manta Cares become the go-to resource for oncology care.
What You'll Lead
- Consumer Growth Strategy Development: Design and implement a consumer growth strategy focused on top-of-funnel user acquisition. In the initial 3-9 months, you'll identify the most effective channels and methods for reaching new users, then optimize product-channel fit for sustained growth.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics to understand user behaviors and identify acquisition opportunities, developing leading & lagging KPIs to measure growth success. Focus on data for top-of-funnel metrics such as acquisition rates, channel performance, and ROI. Create processes & implement tools to support scalable data analytics.
- Omnichannel Marketing Execution: Lead campaigns across digital ads, social media, influencer partnerships, and content marketing, ensuring that each channel is aligned with Manta Cares' messaging and resonates with new users, caregivers, and healthcare providers. Create compelling messaging and promotional materials that resonate with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers, emphasizing Manta Cares' unique value propositions.
- Acquisition Strategy & Optimization: Implement initiatives that enhance user experience across all touchpoints, ensuring Manta Cares remains a trusted resource in oncology care. Explore, test, and optimize marketing channels and acquisition strategies. Innovate using growth-hacking techniques like A/B testing, referral programs, and targeted promotions to drive user acquisition.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, content, and clinical teams to ensure marketing strategies align with Manta Cares' offerings.
- Data-Driven Impact: You'll guide Manta Cares' growth by making data-backed decisions, focusing on optimizing the top-of-funnel acquisition strategies to increase reach and awareness.

- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred), with 5-7 years of experience driving growth at a consumer-focused company with a focus on growth hacking and product-led growth.
- Experienced in developing and executing impactful, omnichannel marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition at the top of the funnel.
- A strong analytical thinker with expertise in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems) to optimize performance based on key acquisition metrics.
- Passionate about patient-centered care and eager to make a meaningful impact on the healthcare experience for patients and caregivers.
- Skilled in relationship-building with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
