Driving Consumer Growth through Data-Driven Marketing

We're seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to propel our user acquisition efforts forward. This pivotal role involves scaling up existing channels, collaborating with our in-house creative team to enhance creative performance, and identifying novel channels to unlock higher volume within our CAC/ROAS goals. We're looking for data-driven problem solvers with a growth mindset, willing to push beyond their comfort zones, evolve best practices in growth marketing, and move swiftly with attention to detail to drive meaningful impact.
This position requires a thought leader who can guide acquisition strategy and ideas, execute quickly and methodically, and shape our approach to growth. As part of our team, you'll contribute to an ambitious mission: educating millions about the importance of credit scores and unlocking financial access for underserved Americans.
Key Responsibilities:- Growing the number of users joining our program while maintaining or improving our CAC/ROAS.
- Owning campaigns across multiple online and offline channels, strategizing and developing creative with our in-house creative agency, hypothesizing and prioritizing tests through the funnel, and autonomously driving growth for the business.
- Defining, driving, and measuring KPIs for each campaign.
- Designing and executing AB tests to optimize the most effective campaigns.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to bring campaigns to life, working with designers, copywriters, product teams, data analysts, and more.
- A proven track record of driving towards growth goals under set CAC/ROAS or volume targets, timelines, and budgets, or a strong background in analytical academic disciplines or structured and data-driven roles.
- Hands-on experience on digital paid channels such as Facebook, TikTok, SEM, or others.
- The ability to define key marketing KPIs and break them down into underlying drivers to understand and influence performance from first principles.
- A bias to action, moving fast and flexibly, juggling multiple projects with the trustworthiness to execute on schedule at high velocity and attention to detail.
- A strategic thinker able to breakdown and organize problems, assess opportunity areas, and develop big ideas and priorities to drive business forward.
- An understanding of hypothesis-driven A/B, multivariate, and incrementality testing, with the ability to analyze test result data to tease out learnings and insights to inform future testing.
- An understanding of what makes effective direct response creative, with a framework to keep adjusting and learning based on experimentation.
- Familiarity with fintech businesses or D2C industries, with SQL proficiency being a bonus.
