Director of Sales & Marketing

SUMMARY of Duties The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for increasing occupancy through both inside and outside sales, developing positive relationships within the local community, and coordinating marketing visits to the community. This role involves motivating staff to achieve census goals, managing the move-in process, and participating in community activities and professional groups. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of sales & marketing experience, preferably in Senior Living Community Sales & Marketing, excellent communication skills, proven success in closing sales, and the ability to manage diverse personalities professionally.
