Job Title: Business Development Representative - Outside Sales

Job Overview: Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join their team as a Landscape Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge in TurfCategory, Irrigation, Drainage, or have a background in the Landscape industry. Former or current Account Managers, Sales Representatives, Account Executives, and individuals with Inside or Outside Sales experience are encouraged to apply. This position requires a proactive and customer-focused approach, as the candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with contractors, meeting clients in the office, and conducting site visits.

Location: Coon Rapids, MN.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the TurfCategory, Irrigation, Drainage, and Landscape industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors through effective communication and customer service. Conduct in-office meetings with clients and actively participate in on-site visits to assess project requirements. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless execution of projects and delivery of services. Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients. Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients. Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or Account Executive in the Landscape industry. Knowledge in TurfCategory, Irrigation, Drainage, or related areas preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with in-person meetings and site visits. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
