Garansys heeft jou als consultant nodig omdat Microsoft Dynamics 365 van steeds groter belang wordt als standaard oplossing in ons dienstenportfolio. Je configureert, op basis van klant requirements, de dynamics omgeving voor het digitaliseren van bedrijfsprocessen. Door gebruik te maken van tooling in Power Platform richt je onderscheidende processen in. Aan de slag bij Garansys als Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultant in het kort:

✅ Jij weet wat de klant belangrijk vindt en zorgt voor de optimale klantbeleving ✅ Op basis van de klant requirements configureer je de dynamics omgeving ✅ Je begeleidt de klant bij de adoptie van hun nieuwe software ✅ Jij bent het aanspreekpunt tijdens de implementatiefase Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het inrichten van de software volgens de specificaties en beschrijvingen. Je begeleidt de klant bij de adoptie en blijft het aanspreekpunt tijdens de implementatie fase. Je kijkt heel goed naar wat de (interne) klant belangrijk vindt en draagt zorg voor een optimale klantbeleving. Dit weet je daarnaast feilloos te combineren met het DNA van Garansys. Je bent onderdeel van een zelfsturend team en je voert je werkzaamheden uit binnen een project-/scrumteam voor onze klanten. In dit team trek je op met collega’s zoals Wim, Jurgen, Frans, Anna, Danny en Patrick en werk je samen voor klanten zoals SSVV, Tate & Lyle, DT&V. “Als consultant hou ik me bezig met wat de klant nodig heeft. Is hetgeen wat zij zeggen nodig te hebben, wel écht wat er nodig is? Ik achterhaal de wensen van de klant, breng de functionaliteiten in kaart, ga het gesprek aan en schrijf een advies of bevestiging voor de klant. Hierna gaan we aan de slag en bekijken we welke mogelijkheden er zijn binnen het Power Platform.” Danny, Business IT Consultant Je maakt ons blij met: Als Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultant is het belangrijk dat je onze klanten kunt enthousiasmeren. Je bent een teamplayer en kan goed samenwerken. Daarnaast kun je ook collega’s aansturen en hen ondersteunen in hun ontwikkeling. Je vindt het leuk om je kennis te delen met anderen en je kunt een team bij de klant op sleeptouw meenemen. Je hebt kennis van Microsoft Power Platform, en dan met name van Power Apps en Power Automate. In deze functie richt jij je voornamelijk op de Marketing, Sales en Customer Service modules van Microsoft Dynamics 365. Heb je ook ervaring met de modules Field Service en/of Finance Operations? Pluspunten ???? Verder heb je: Een HBO/WO diploma binnen een relevante opleiding, zoals Business IT & Management of Informatica Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse én Engelse taal zowel schriftelijk als mondeling; 3 tot 5 jaar werkervaring in deze rol Ervaring met een scrum/agile manier van werken Hier word jij blij van: Je krijgt veel vrijheid en we zijn erg flexibel.
