Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Microsoft messaging solutions and related technologies tailored to customer needs, including:
- Enterprise Mobility + Security
- System Center Configuration Manager
- Intune
- Office 365
- Azure Active Directory
- Conditional Access
- Multi-Factor Authentication
- Cloud App Discovery
- Azure Information Protection
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern configuration management solutions.
- Plan, manage, and troubleshoot Office 365 ProPlus deployments.
- Develop technical roadmaps for future Microsoft 365 implementations.
- Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert on projects, ensuring accountability for project outcomes.
- Document best practices and provide guidance to the delivery team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and close opportunities through customer discovery and presentations.
- Manage complex customer environments, deployments, and migrations.
- Produce and update deployment and design documentation for customer engagements.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree or a technical degree in Computer Engineering or a related field, along with relevant work experience. A minimum of 5 years of technical experience with increasing responsibility is required, including:
- At least 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, and integrating Microsoft Messaging technology.
- Experience in developing and executing automation scripts for deployment.
Required Skills
Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the design, implementation, and support of Microsoft Messaging solutions, along with strong project management and communication skills. A consultative approach to enterprise architecture deployment is essential, as well as a passion for technology and excellent troubleshooting abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in architect services for a minimum of 2 years is preferred. Microsoft Associate Certification is required within 6 months of employment.
Additional Information
This position may require travel to client sites up to 10% annually. The estimated annual compensation for this role ranges from $110,000 to $180,000, inclusive of base salary and bonuses, and is contingent upon individual qualifications and market conditions. Benefits may include medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending options.
