Position Overview

The Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of applications within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support across a wide array of Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and tenant management.
  • Collaborate with the helpdesk team to ensure a secure, dependable, and efficient Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Offer technical and operational expertise for the adoption of Microsoft 365 platforms within the organization.
  • Execute operational tasks such as fulfilling support requests, resolving incidents, granting access, evaluating events, and managing issues.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and support tasks necessary for the daily operation of the Microsoft 365 platform.
  • Work alongside end users and support staff to configure, troubleshoot, and maintain all aspects of the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Design and configure components on SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Develop solutions that cater to diverse business requirements, including workflows, forms, document management, business reporting, and dashboards utilizing Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Assist in the migration to Office 365 using tools such as Sharegate.
Qualifications
  • 8-9 years of experience in IT is preferred.
  • Over 5 years of experience in developing and configuring SharePoint Online sites.
  • More than 5 years of experience managing and maintaining SharePoint, OneDrive, and other Microsoft collaboration tools.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in developing solutions using ASP.NET, Visual Studio, SharePoint object model, CSOM, JSOM, REST APIs, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and M365 Graph APIs, along with PowerShell scripting.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • At least 1 year of experience in creating and executing PowerShell scripts for solution development and management of 365 tenants.
  • Familiarity with modern technologies such as Angular is preferred.
  • Experience in migrating file systems and other platforms to SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive using migration tools.
  • Knowledge of RPA solutions is a plus.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Compensation Range: $92,000 - $134,000. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
