Monday-Friday fully in office (8am-5pm) Our Client is a leading provider of in-basin frac sand solutions and is seeking an experienced HR Director to join their dynamic team. Reporting directly to the VP of HR, the HR Director will play a pivotal role in managing the human resources functions of the company. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, technologically adept, and possess expertise in both Union and non-union payroll processing. What you get to do: Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Manage Union and non-Union payroll processing efficiently using ADP, the main platform. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop strategic workforce plans. Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and career development. Administer employee benefits programs, including PPO and HSA plans. Provide guidance and support to HR staff members. Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management. What you need to succeed: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Prior experience in a leadership role, with demonstrated success in managing HR functions. Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, and experience with ADP or similar payroll software. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
