Profile

  • 7+ years estimating/preconstruction experience
  • Preference for CM at Risk project experience
  • Previous commercial, public/municipal project experience >25M
  • 4 year Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field of study desired
  • Must have an outstanding business acumen and professional demeanor to work with clients
  • Software proficiency with the following preferred but not required: REVIT, 3D Models, AutoDesk, Procore, Onscreen Takeoff
