What you need to be successful

To excel as a Full-Time Appointment Scheduler at Minnesota Urology P.A., you will need a strong foundation in customer service alongside specific technical skills. A high school diploma or GED is required, and a minimum of two years of appointment scheduling experience, preferably in a medical office environment, is essential. Familiarity with medical terminology will enhance your ability to communicate effectively with patients and providers.

Experience with insurance processes is preferred, as it will aid in navigating patient inquiries and scheduling complexities. Additionally, knowledge of current Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems will help streamline scheduling tasks. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are crucial for your success in this role.
