Role Description

This is a full-time Talent Management Assistant role based in New York, NY, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Talent Management Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting talent managers in day-to-day activities such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, managing client communications, and assisting with talent contract negotiations. You will also be involved in talent scouting and research, attending industry events, and providing administrative support to the talent management team.

Responsibilities

  • Support a talent manager responsible for film and television acting clients.
  • General clerical and administrative duties including maintaining client files, rolling calls, managing manager and client calendars, scheduling, expenses, and office management.
  • Serve as first point of contact with clients, agencies, casting directors, and publicists.
  • Drafting email correspondence, tracking submissions and materials.
  • Read scripts and provide coverage as needed.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience in talent management or entertainment industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
