**Job Description Summary**

The Sales Coordinator supports the Retail Customer Sales and strategy teams including direct work with the Area Business Managers, Customer Business Managers, National Account Managers and Sales Directors.**Job Description**

* Field Execution Support: Timely, accurate and consistent support of the field sales teams to achieve sales targets by: 1. Lead the coordination of information requests from customers with cross functional partners to maintain and update customer forms (Promo contracting, New Item forms, PL forms, Pricing updates); 2. Leverage sales tools to quickly and accurately answer inquires to provide insight. Systems and tools include, but are not limited to the following: MEI, Salesforce, DOMO, RW3; 3. Food Show Management: Manage food show process including reserving space, ordering promotional materials, shipping displays, and staffing shows on occasion.

* Claims Management: Consistent and effective management of claims liabilities to improve LW working capital thru: 1. Overseeing the maintenance of timely check payments and deduction reconciliation; 2. Enforcement of appropriate reconciliation guidelines to ensure audit compliance; and 3. Work with multiple internal Lamb Weston departments to ensure claims are processed accurately.

* Other duties as assigned to support the business

**Basic & Preferred Qualifications**

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years related experience required; Bachelors degree in Marketing, Sales or Business preferred.

* Experience: 1-3 years related experience preferred. Previous sales experience preferred.

* Strong customer service orientation with ability to professionally and effectively influence/persuade customers to purchase products.

* Ability to multitask and manage several projects at once meeting all deliverables associated with the projects.

* Abi lity to use a variety of computer technologies and tools, including Microsoft Suite, with CRM use.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Limited travel required.
