**Inventory & Asset Coordinator** for our

**Langley, BC** location. The Inventory & Asset Coordinator will be supporting the region with inventory and assets, such as the accurate receiving and shipping of products, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and the organization of the warehouse/regional pool. * Ensures regional inventory/assets are maintained and protected by resolving inventory issues and handling stock consolidations * Ensures timely and accurate preparation of Purchase Order Requisitions * Maintains and manages the regional asset pool, and coordinates with branches to distribute assets * Counts items and records data, reconciles physical counts to inventory records, and updates/provides current inventory status * Works with branches to establish appropriate and accurate inventory procedures * Coordinates branch order processes, and assists in establishing appropriate inventory levels to support sales initiatives * Maintains slow moving, in transit and other inventory related reports for the entire region * Ensure that all assets are identified, inventoried, tagged and discrepancies are resolved * Support the Operations Manager on projects regarding inventory, assets, and other projects that may arise * Ensure units are shipped and received in a timely manner **Here is what you will need** * College Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or Materials Management. * Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access) and knowledge of AS400/SAP. * 1-2 years of experience in inventory coordination or equivalent. * Previous experience in the inventory/asset management environment within the healthcare/hospital environment would be beneficial. * Agreeing to disclose your COVID-19 vaccination status, as a condition of employment. * Agreeing to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and to maintain such fully vaccinated status, as a condition of employment. **Here is why you should join** * Competitive salary, plus bonus and vacation * Competitive benefit flex package & pension plan * Standard working hours for better work/life balance * Tuition reimbursement & career development programs **Additional information** *At VitalAire, we value the health and safety of our customers, patients, and employees.
