Richmond, United States Stride Full time

Job Description About your Role: As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be a member of the marketing team in a fast-paced, end-to-end corporate marketing department that strives to continually test new approaches to improve performance. Reporting to the Vice President, School Marketing & Web Operations, the Product Marketing Manager is responsible for creating omni-channel campaigns to drive enrollment of new students and engagement with existing students, supporting the company’s online schools. You will champion our private schools—working closely with the social media team, creative team, demand gen team, product team, enrollment team, and external agencies. Our diverse team values your contributions, thrives on collaboration, and celebrates successes together. Your role will be to ensure that prospective parents are fully aware of and understand what we offer, thus supporting K12’s overall enrollment goals. SUMMARY: The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting, planning and executing marketing campaigns to support K12’s premier online private schools. This includes working with stakeholders across the company to set campaign objectives, develop a campaign launch plan, and partner with internal or external teams to develop appropriate communications elements for use in multiple on-and off-line channels. You’ll also measure the effectiveness and impact of these campaigns while contributing to an ongoing learning agenda through rigorous and agile testing. This business is Stride’s strategic priority, and thus you will have many opportunities to innovate and make an impact on the organization. Essential Functions: Collaborate with the school leadership and product team to understand product features, benefits, and competitive differentiators, and incorporate them into marketing strategies and materials. Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing plans for our online private schools, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. Manage marketing campaigns with a focus on digital marketing including paid media, digital events, social media, email, and search with the goal of customer acquisition and retention. Work with external agencies on crafting and running national, regional, and local marketing campaigns. Develop go-to-market plans by working across Demand Generation, Enrollment/Sales, and Media Relations. Work with internal Creative/Dev Teams to create emails, landing pages, lead capture forms, and reporting. Work with our internal Market Research team to conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and use the insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics. Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop compelling product content and collateral that effectively communicates the unique value proposition of our products to target customers. Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and lead generation, to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. Develop A/B testing to optimize the product presentation to our target audience. Serve as a credible subject matter expert with a working knowledge of areas of responsibility. Forge strong relationships with internal teams and external organizations. Ensure thorough, timely, and accurate stakeholder communications. Assist with new product launches, including developing launch plans, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and creating launch materials, to ensure successful product introductions. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in online K-12 education, product marketing, and digital marketing, and apply the knowledge to continuously improve our marketing strategies and tactics. This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities. There may be opportunities to mentor interns.
