Business Manager, COO Office (m/w/d) - befristet auf 12 Monate
Mitglied im Business Management Team im Geschäftsbereich Securities Services Deutschland
Unterstützung bei der Organisation des Geschäftsbereichs Securities Services
Implementierung von Konzernvorgaben sowie Koordination und Durchführung von (Sonder-)Projekten in engem Kontakt mit anderen Geschäftseinheiten, Fachbereichen und Einbindung in das europäische und globale Management des Geschäftsbereiches
Überblick über regulatorische Anforderungen, deren Einhaltung im Geschäftsbetrieb sowie Nachverfolgung von Prüfungen
Unterstützung des lokalen Securities Services Managements in operativen Themen und Teilnahme an Gremien sowie Unterstützung in strategischen Themen
Mitwirkung und Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Reportings und Präsentationen an das lokale Management und an den HSBC Konzern
Abgeschlossenes Fach-/Hochschulstudium, bevorzugt in Wirtschaftswissenschaften
Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung, z. B. Bank, Revision, Consulting, Change-/Projektmanagement
Ausdauer sowie Eigeninitiative verbunden mit Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und sicheres Urteilsvermögen
Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsgeschick
Professioneller Umgang mit Microsoft Office
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
