The Certification Program Accreditation Specialist ensures that the certification programs meet and maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry accreditation requirements. This role involves managing the accreditation process, maintaining documentation, and ensuring continuous improvement of the certification programs to align with industry standards and best practices. Responsibilities

Accreditation Management Lead the accreditation process for AVEVA’s certification programs, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and requirements.

Prepare and submit accreditation applications, renewal documents, and supporting materials to accrediting bodies.

Serve as the primary point of contact with accrediting bodies and manage communications and follow-ups.

Coordinate the logistics for certification exams, training sessions, and workshops.

Quality Assurance and Compliance Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the certification programs meet accreditation standards.

Conduct regular reviews and audits of certification content, assessments, and processes to maintain high standards of quality.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in certification and training.

Provide support and guidance to certification candidates, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Assist candidates with the registration process, including troubleshooting technical issues.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive FAQ and support documentation for candidates.

Documentation and Reporting Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of all

accreditation-related

activities, including policies, procedures, and records.

Maintain accurate records of candidate progress, certification statuses, and exam results.

Prepare detailed reports on accreditation status, audit results, and continuous improvement initiatives for internal and external stakeholder.

Manage and update documentation to reflect changes in accreditation requirements and industry standards.

Maintain and update certification databases and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Generate reports on certification program metrics, such as enrolment numbers, completion rates, and candidate feedback, along with any other reports.

Provide regular updates and reports to the Certification Program Lead and other stakeholders.

Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with internal teams, including program managers, instructional designers, and subject matter experts, to ensure certification programs align with accreditation standards.

Provide guidance and support to internal teams on accreditation requirements and best practices.

Engage with external stakeholders, such as industry partners and accrediting bodies, to stay informed about accreditation trends and updates.

Continuous Improvement Identify areas for improvement in certification programs based on feedback, audit results, and industry developments.

Develop and implement action plans to address identified gaps and enhance the quality and effectiveness of certification programs.

Monitor and evaluate the impact of continuous improvement initiatives on accreditation status and program quality.

Requirements The combination of experience (knowledge) and practical understanding. Bachelor

degree or preferably in the field of Engineering

Working knowledge or interest in adult learning principles.

Masterful in developing relationships and communicating with people.

Excellent English verbal and written communication, documentation, and presentation skills, preferably proficient in at least 1 other language.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to create and maintain a strategic plan based on software roadmaps, business goals, releases, etc., for multiple products. Ability to plan and coordinate projects. Ability to work well with international, cross-functional, and geographically distributed teams. Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and adapt to changing requirements and priorities. Salary Range: This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.
